Additonal Settings

This form Additional Settings is used to view additional settings in the Work done form.

This form shows four section of an additional information about Work done on particular Operation.

Below is description of the form’s sections:

Work history

In this section we can see which employee did the work, when he started with the work, how much time he worked, how many of each piece did he (good piece, piece for repair, and piece for scrap), and notes.

  • Pieces: Pieces type and quantity of that piece are displayed with an icon.

- Displays the quantity of good pieces produced.

- Displays the quantity of pieces for repair.

- Displays the quantity of scrap pieces.

Note

In the Note employee can enter a note. Also they can review already entered notes about the work completed was recorded.

Material

By clicking this section, it will show which materials we need to complete the operation, and the quantity of each material.

Finish task

If the toggle button Finish task is enabled, the status of the operation changes to Finished upon clicking the button Confirmation (section 5.3).

The Servicing WO status changes automatically when the planned quantity is reached.
