Report Type

Select a report type. |
Active
|
Select status of items which will be included in the report:

Item

Enter or select item ID (you can also use wildcard characters to set group of items). |
Prim. Categ.
|
Set primary category which is defined in the Items register.
Check one or more options.

Set secondary category which is defined in the Items register. |
| Customs Tariff |
Set custom tariff which is defined in the Items register. |
| Name |
Enter or select name of item. |
Supplier
|
Enter or select a primary supplier of the item. |
External ID
|
Enter item's external ID. |
Currency
|
Set a code of currency for items in price lists. All prices will be converted in the set currency. |
 Date
|
Set valid date for exchange rate list used in conversion. The exchange rate of the bank is used for price list. |

Check it, to include note to item. |
Item Types

Enter title text. |
| Subject |
Enter a customer or supplier. |
| Warehouse |
To create a
separate pricing (LKPC) report, enter or select a corresponding warehouse.
If you leave the field empty, only
basic pricing from the Items register gets displayed.

Select a type of price from pricing, contract prices or fixed prices and specify name of column on the right:
Selecting a price from a different price list, you first have to enter the Subject field and select Contract Prices under report type.
Enter name of the column as it will appear in the price list in the right-hand side field. |

To include two prices (e.g. retail and wholesale price), you have to select the appropriate option for second column. Enter name of the column as it will appear in the price list in the right-hand side field. |

Reports 34T and 34U enable the display of four prices. |
| Price 4 |
Reports 34T and 34U enable the display of four prices. |
Show Products without Prices

Check it, to include items without price (that is, the value is equal 0). |
Report

To display a report, click this icon or double-click name of the report:
- 025 - Price list by categories
