PANTHEON DMS Add-in setup

PANTHEON DMS Add-in is an application for Documentation management implemented as a Microsoft Office Add-in.
This chapter describes the process from Add-in installation to registration, which we must follow before first use.

CASE SUMMARY
Richard Worker, a manufacturing employee at Tecta Ltd., is using Personnel Granule. He would like quickly check that his general personnel data like contacing info and job description are correct, without contacting company Personnel department.
. This is done as follows:
- Opening General module
- Review of personnel data

When PANTHEON DMS Add-in is installed you can find a Add-in button
right site of Microsoft Word toolbar.

IMPORTANT
The necessary settings for installing PANTHEON DMS Add-in can be found in user manual.

After selecting the PANTHEON DMS Add-in button you are presented with country and login selection forms to sign in to your PANTHEON database.
Below is a description of the form’s features:
1. Country selection
The form allows you to choose the localization you want to use. Selecting country take you to Login.

2. Login
Login page with below fileds to login into PATHEON database:

Review employee personal data

In the General module of the Personnel Granules you can view personnel data like job destription, department, birth data, years of service and other information.. You can access your records anywhere, that is either at work, in the field or from home.

1. Opening General module
After logging in to PANTHEON Granule, the person responsible selects General from the main menu.

This opens Employee files tab.

He continues with review of his personnel data.
2. Review of personnel data
Employee files shows employee personnel data from PANTHEON Personnel records.
He checks his contact data in the upper part of the form Employee files.

Next he review his job descrition in fileds Job and Department.
