Medical Histories
In this window, you can predefine the most commonly used medical histories, which can be used in the treatment document.
If the checkbox "Show Only Active" is checked, then only active records are shown in the window.

The ID is automatically generated and cannot be modified by the user. |
| Description |
Enter the description of the medical history. The description MUST be unique and can't be repeated. |
| Note |
Enter the note for the medical history. If a note is entered when creating a treatment, then the note will be transferred into the medical history window. |

Defines if record is active or not. Just active records are shown to the user when entering new or modifying existing treatment documents. |
