This process includes viewing the servicing work order details, ensuring all criteria are satisfied, and the completing the servicing WO. This is done as follows:
- Opening the Servicing WO Look-up form
- Finishing the Servicing WO

1. Opening the Servicing WO Look-up
After logging into the PANTHEON Field Service Granule, Dan locates the specific servicing WO he wants to complete and clicks on the magnifying glass icon in the servicing WO car. This opens the Servicing WO Look-up form, providing a detailed view of the servicing work order.
2. Finishing the Servicing WO
To finish the servicing WO, Dan uses the following buttons on the Servicing WO Look-up form:
- Issued Material Button: Opens the Issued Material form to check that all necessary materials have been issued for the servicing WO.
- Operations Button: Opens the Operations form to verify the completion of all required operations.
- Tools Button: Opens the Tools form to ensure all tools used in the servicing process have been recorded.
- Finish WO Button: Once all requirements (materials, operations, tools) are confirmed, Dan clicks the Finish WO button to mark servicing WO as finished.
After completing these steps, the servicing WO is updated to reflect its finished status, ensuring all aspects of the work order are properly documented and closed.
