Select criteria to extract window
Wherever printouts are more complex, clicking on the 
(Print), icon in the command line, opens a window for selecting additional criteria for output (for example, see excerpting the Entity Code List).
The information in the printout window is used to limit the printout to the desired criteria. If no criteria are entered, the program will print all the data from the code list. The available output criteria vary for each type of output, so we describe them in the sections where they are used.
After selecting the desired output format and entering any output criteria, the output window (preview of the output) can be opened in two ways:

Click the print icon 
from the command line of the window to select the criteria to print.

In the list of printout types, double-click the desired printout with the left mouse button.
