Help

In the Help menu of each form, you will find links to the help file and web pages where you can find answers to your questions about how to use the software.

The operation of these functions is largely based on the Internet or on the DataLab's User Web Server.

Clicking on the
(Help) button on the command line will bring up the Help menu:

The option opens a help file on the page describing the currently selected form. |
What's new? |
This will open a web page listing all the changes, improvements and bug fixes made to this form from the previous build to the new one. |
Unresolved errors |
The option opens a web page where you can find a list of all reported unresolved errors that may occur in this build and in this form. |
View video instructions |
The option displays a list of video material related to this chapter. |
See examples in the instructions |
A list of all the cases related to this form that have been entered in the help file will be displayed. |
Check the questions and answers |
The option opens the forum website, where you can find questions and answers from users. |
Report questions to a supporter |
The option allows you to log a question to your supporter, view their answers and see a database of all questions sent to your supporter. |
Remote Desktop Support |
The option allows supporters to view the user's desktop and control the user's computer via the internet. |
