Entering text in a footnote in RTF format


On all documents in PANTHEON we have the possibility to enter a note that can be seen in related documents and printouts. The position of the note field depends on the document type (the image below is an example of an issue document 3000 - Sales).

1. Entering a note directly in the input field
You can enter a note directly in the Document note field in the document window. This is done by selecting the field. When the flashing cursor appears, you can start entering text.

2. Entering a note via the text editor
Double-clicking in the note field of a document opens the Rich Text Editor, which allows you to further format the text.

The form command line can be used to manage the Text Editor.

2.2. Repository
The repository contains text management tools.
Contains tools:
- Paste (Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut)
- Cut (Ctrl+X keyboard shortcut)
- Copy (Ctrl+C keyboard shortcut)
- Select all (Ctrl+A keyboard shortcut)
2.3. Text editing tools
Text editing tools are divided into six groups:

Tools for selecting fonts, size, colour, font format, input mode, symbol selection, etc. |

Tools for paragraph formatting, markup, numbering, etc. |

Tools for undoing and enforcing, searching text and replacing passwords. |

Tool for managing links in text. |

A tool for inserting image files into text. |

A tool for uploading attachments to a message. |
2.4. Text input field
Enter the text you want in the note in the text input field.
