Import/export data

 

 

The import/export data function in PANTHEON can be found in the toolbar, by clicking the (Import/export data) button. Depending on the form we are on, different function options will appear.

Use cases of the functions that appear are:

Send e-mail snapshot It enables us to send a snapshot by e-mail.
Import/export e-Document Enables the export of documents in XML or e-Document format.
Add a new task Enables adding new tasks.

 

WARNING

  1. PANTHEON supports all XML simple document schemas, which are Simple order, Simple order confirmation, Simple packing slip, Simple invoice, Return receipt.

  2. The documentation, on which the e-Document XML data exchange stands can be found at the website of the Slovenian National eBusiness Centre.

  3. It is also possible to electronically sign the exported data, and to check the authenticity of the electronic signature on imported data. For more information about electronic signatures and signature verification, see the Slovenian National eBusiness Centre website.
