Inserting an image

In PANTHEON, you can insert images in some places. The formats supported by PANTHEON are:
Table of contents
- Company logo
- Picture identical
- Picture of a worker
- Inserting an image
|
1. Company logo
We need to insert company logo in the parameters of the program if we want to use it on invoices, purchase orders, etc.
First, prepare your company logo in computer format. You can scan it from a letterhead, or if you already have it in digital format, use this one. The logo should be in the proportion 2.24 (width) x 1.26 (height). You can therefore use logos of the size of
- 224 x 126
- 448 x 252
- 896 x 504 pixels
The larger the logo, the better the image quality, but we recommend that you do not exceed 500 pixels wide, otherwise the image will be too large and take too long to display and print.

Warning
If the logo is not within the dimensions mentioned above, please use the image processing software to correct it. If the logo is not of the specified type (*.bmp or *.jpg), printing of forms with the logo will not work. You will also not be able to enter the admin console.

2. Image ident
You can insert the image of an id that is used in printouts or on company websites into the id codebook.

3. Picture of the worker
In the worker's personal folder, insert the worker's picture. Here we make sure that the worker's image is 35 mm (width) x 45 mm (height).

4. Inserting an image
You can transfer the prepared graphics via the repository (Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+V) to a ready-to-image frame.
To insert an image even more easily, double-click in the ready-to-image frame to open the operating system's Graphics Finder dialog.

Find the graphic you are looking for and click the "Open" or "Open" button.
This saves the selected image and the process is complete.
