Registers

The Registers enable faster and better data management. The employees of the veterinary clinic record various data, such as: information about owners and animals, about animal species, histories, diagnoses, vaccinations, etc. The first entry in the register is made manually (exceptionally also by importing data), and then we can simply select the data from the offered lists.

The registers for veterinary medicine can be accessed by clicking in the menu Veterinarian | Registers.

We have prepared user instructions for you, which are divided into the following chapters:

Register of owners and animals Veterinary clinics record the treated animals in connection with their owners. This is enabled by the Register of owners and animals. In this chapter, you can see practical examples from entering the owner of the animal, documentation, financial data to editing other data.
Register of animal species The Register of Animal species enables the veterinary clinic to systematize the classification of animals. This chapter describes practical examples of how species and breeds of animals are entered in the register and its editing.
Register of branches A veterinary clinic can operate in several locations. The Register of branches allows easier organization of work, e.g. reception. Examples of branch entry and display of active branches are described in the chapter.
Settings for veterinarians Different veterinarians use different treatments in their work, which is especially true for working on the field (with a mobile application). This chapter shows examples where we edit settings for vet.
Anamnesis register Anamnesis means information about the animal, which the veterinarian obtains by talking to the owner, breeder or keeper of the animal. These symptoms may indicate a certain disease. See an example of data entry in the chapter anamnesis in register and display of active records.
Diagnoses register Based on research and history, the veterinarian makes a diagnosis or recognizes animal disease. For easier entry, a Diagnoses register is previously defined. This chapter shows examples of entering a diagnosis in the register and displaying active records.
Register of professional instructions Professional instructions are instructions from a veterinarian on how the owner/caregiver should handle a sick animal. For easier input, a Register of professional instructions is previously defined. This chapter describes examples of entering professional instructions in the register and review of active records.
Register of Waiting period notes The waiting period is the time during which the used means or the drug breaks down in body organs or crops to the extent that it is no longer harmful for human consumption. For easier input, a Register of Waiting period notes is previously defined. This chapter describes examples of entering a waiting period note in the register and displaying active note records.
Vaccination types Register When a veterinarian vaccinates an animal, they use another material or additional medicine in addition to the vaccine. The Vaccination types Register enables easy recording of vaccinations carried out and consumption of supplies at the same time. This chapter shows examples of entering a new vaccination type code and all necessary settings and an overview of active vaccinations in the register.
Register of the connection between items and the veterinarian The Register of the connection between the items and the veterinarian enables the activation of certain functionalities for the items, depending on the condition we set (classification). This chapter shows an example of entering a new connection.
Dental diagnoses A special register is available at PANTHEON VET for Dental diagnoses identified by a veterinarian during an animal examination. This chapter shows practical examples of entering a new diagnosis, an example of importing/exporting data from the register and displaying active records in the register.
