Employees

Employees are used to review and organize employee personnel data.

HINT

For practical use cases showing how to use Employees see the chapter Employees in user manual.

We access Employees in PANTHEON Web Legal main menu.

Below is a description of the form's features:

1. Toolbar

In Toolbar we can acccess the tab:

  • Employee files

2. Filter

Filter bar with below display options.

Search 

Search Employees by entering text.
Employment status

Filter by employment status, such as full-time, part-time, intern....

Job Filter by selecting job description.
Department Select one or more departments.
Status Employee status: active or inactive.


3. Employee list

List of Employees with the following information:

Select

Select this checkbox if you want to delete a document. You can select several documents at the same time.

Selecting at least one document makes inactive buttons in the command line active.

ID

Task status.

Last and first name

 

Department

 

Job

Amount related to the task.

Address

Linked document
Post  

Status

 (tick) marks active jobs, i. e. jobs with current employees.
