Report can also be generated by clicking
and selecting 
.
It is possible to generate a user report for multiple users at once by multi selecting users. As many users are selected, so many reports are generated, or use Merge option so only one report is generated for all selected users.
Reports 02Z - All User Authorization and 02X - All Group Authorization show selected Authorization from filter(-s) and all parent (above) Authorizations entities.
Reports 03S - User Permissions and 02H - Group Permissions show only selected Authorization from filter(-s).
Reports 01T - Different Permissions by Users, 01U - Different Permissions by Granules and 01V - Different Group Permissions by Users are intended for comparison between Users, Groups and Granules.
Authorization filter field is copied depending on the selected focus on a authorization tree when opening authorization form.
You can select specific child entity/authorization from the drop down menu.

Automatically filled if Authorizations Report is opened from an Authorization tree structure. Read only field. |
| Sub-Authorization |
Based on selected Authorization, it is possible to select a Sub-Authorization for additional filtering. |

Filtering also possible by permissions: none, select, update, delete. Possilble to select multiple permissions. |
| Merge |
If multiple users are selected, only one report is generated. If not, for each user a report is generated separately. |

Authorization report can be sorted by clicking on the title of the entity:
Depending on large volume of different branches respectively. sub-branches of authorizations of the program contains (well over 1000), the production output takes some time.
Report 02Y - Change Log shows all changes made on specific authorization chronologically.
Active link
Authorizations reports also includes active links on authorization tree structure.
Click on a specific authorization link opens an authorization form for all users.
Compare Permissions
Report 01T - Different Permissions by Users: shows all permissions for selected users where comparation can be done. At least two users must be selected.
Report 01U - Different Permissions by Granules: shows all permissions for selected users by Granules where comparation can be done. At least two users must be selected.
Report 01V - Different Group Permissions by Users: shows all permissions for selected users by Groups where comparation can be done. At least two users must be selected.
