Treatment of one animal

Animal treatment means that the veterinarian accepts the animal, receives information (anamnesis) from the owner about why the animal was brought in, performs an examination and carries out the necessary treatment and vaccination activities. The set of all information and activities and the materials used are entered into the treatment document (in the so-called 'file').
In this chapter, we will present an example of creating a new treatment for one animal. The functionality is located in the menu Veterinarian | Registers | Owners and animals.

CASE SUMMARY
At the reception of the veterinary clinic, the person responsible searched for the owner and the animal in the Owner and Animal Register. The veterinarian will create a treatment document so that they can later attach the results they brought with them. The procedure for creating a treatment document is described below.

WARNING
If the owner is not yet registered in the PANTHEON VET program, the person responsible first enters the owner, then the animal. For more detailed instructions, see the chapter Adding a new owner
