WARNING

If the Work Specification option is selected on the Service Order panel, the mentioned panel is shown on the Service Order form.

The panel is intended for entering the time spent by service technicians, as well as the number of kilometers traveled by the service technician for the purpose of field service intervention. According to data entered here, you can also create returned customer claims or billable issues by entering the spent time or creating travel documents for repairmen.

Repairs By From the drop-down list, select the repairman that has worked, or is going to work on the service order.
Repair Time Enter the repair date, and the start and end time of the work. Based on the entered data, the program calculates the total time the repairman spent on the selected day. This time is also the basis for creating the issue.
Travel Time Enter the travel date, start and end times, and the number of travelled kilometers. Only enter the one-way distance. Based on this data, a Travel Order is created.
Create Issue

Clicking the button opens the following pop-up window:

You can select the following:

  • Panel: whether an Issue Claim document or Billable Issue is being created based on the time and travelled distance entered here;
  • Item (Service): select the item for creating the Used Time line;
  • Item (Mileage Rate): select the item for creating the travelled kilometers line;
  • Document Type: select the document type in which the mentioned lines are being created. If an issue already exists on the selected panel, the program automatically adds the lines to this issue regardless of the selected document type.

Clicking the Create Issue creates the issue, or the mentioned lines (one or both).

Number of the issue document is also recorded on the Links – Movements panel.

Create Trip

Clicking the button opens the following pop-up window:

In the window, select the repairman. The only workers available are the ones entered on the panel. Select the Travel Order document type from the drop-down menu for a specific worker. Clicking the button creates a travel order. The Travel Order number is also recorded on the Links panel.

The program creates an issue based on the data entered on the Work Specification panel:
