Scheduler

Trough Scheduler in the Left menu we can view Events/Incidents in a Calendar Plan view or Kanban view. 

• Calendar Plan view shows us our events in a monthly view​. We can easily view the calendar of planned or past Events / Incidents with the appropriate use of filters.
• The Kanban view  is a lean approach that helps to improve management of Events/tickets by visualizing them on kanban boards, breaking them down into manageable work items, and collecting historical data to guide and inform decisions.
