Service Reports
Reports in the Service module offer an overview of receipts and issues,
solved and unsolved claims, etc.
Reports are divided into:
- Customer - reports on claims from
customers, and
- Supplier - reports on claims to
suppliers.

Unlike in Goods reports, where issues
and receipts are handled separately, Service reports can
be handled in pairs (receipts and issues together). This way it is
easy to calculate the difference between receipts and issues.
