Log in with PIN/RFID

Log in with PIN/RFID feature allows us to change user on RT with entering PIN or just putting a RFID chip next to receiver. 

 

IMPORTANT

Login with PIN or RFID is possible if two settings are made first:

 

If the setting for Login with PIN or RFID is chosen (as described in the IMPORTANT section above) then the login window appears on screen.

Login with a different user (when you change user) is possible by using PIN or any card or chip with RFID technology:

The log-in window is a simplified version of the log-in form adjusted for entering PIN/RFID password (for all data see Current user Ctrl - U).

Password: Enter the PIN password or attach a card or any kind of chip to a RFID receiver and the password will enter automatically in the Password window.

​Numerical buttons

 On screen numerical keyboard buttons to enter the PIN number.
In case of wrongly entered PIN or RFID code with this button it is deleted
This button will confirm the log-in of the selected user to the selected database with the entered password. 

If you enter a wrong user ID or the wrong password, the program will display an error:

With the Quit button the login form will close.
With this button a standard login form is opened where the user can login into POS RT using standard username and password set to login into PANTHEON.

 

WARNING
  1. You cannot use the software without entering a valid password!
  2. The log in window appears every time a user is changed (CRTL+U) or in case of using an option to relogin after every issue of an invoice.
