Export to Excel file
Function "Export to Excel" can be found on Import/Export button of Fixed Assets form.
It enables export of current Fixed assets register in well known format for import Fixed assets register from excel.

Option is useful if user wants to transfer quickly all data about fixed assets, small tools etc. from one database to other.

Candidates for export can be filtered by status (i.e. only export active fixed assets etc.). |
In this grid, preview of candidates that will be exported using option Export to Excel is given. Lists consists of all columns that can be imported from Excel file:
A: Inventory No.
B: Quantity
C: Name
D: Name 2
E: adDateOfAcq (*) etc.

Values in Excel file in column AA and AB are values from tab Value - last record from this grid (latest recort).
