Specification Statuses

The Specification Statuses register is intended for creating custom user-defined statuses as well as their use in specification alternates.

Status
Any given status label.
Description
 Enter any text giving description (naming) for the status.

 

Creating Specification Status Report

 

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report generated
The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document Type
Above on the right displays ID and name of document type.
Report Name
Displays report name Specification Statuses as set in Document Types settings.

Displays any given status label.
Description
