Options Available through the Right-Click Function
It is easy to enter an absence to the employee directly from the Absence Overview form. First, define dates to which you would like to copy absence. Next, use the right-click function and the program will display a menu with following options: Delete Absence, Edit Absence, and a list of absence types that you can enter. Click on the option that you would like to select. If the employee already has an absence for the selected period, the program will display an error: A leave for this period already exists.
