Summarily by Inventory Numbers

Report is useful when you want to display FROM - TO reports (e.g. to display all depreciation reports of the current year) since:

• in the left column (Value prior to depreciation) values prior to depreciation are displayed so as to dipslay the selected depreciation report
• in the middle column (Depreciation value) the sum total of depreciation is displayed in the report od all the selected reports
• in the right column (Depreciated value) the end acuisition and written-off value is displayed in the fixed asset register from the last one included in the report.

Report is useful only to display data used in depreciation report according to SRS 2002. To display reprots according to the previously valid standards that include also revaluation you have to use another set of reports (see Depreciation reports to 31st December 2001 topic).

If you want to display only one dereciation report, information for the period from to is appears in the header. In case of multiple depreciation reports this information does not appear since it can be misleading.
