Regardless of the selected method used for creating payment order a window opens
where you can create form 1450.
Depositor
|
Displays the ID of the depositor from the Subjects register (the default value may be
marked in the Transaction Document Types
settings).
It is displayed under item 1 of the form 1450.

Bank
| Displays the code of the local bank from the Subjects register (the default value is determined in the
Transaction Document Types settings). It is displayed under item 2 of the
form
1450.
|
Clerk
| Displays the code of
the clerk, who signed the form (from the Employees register).
|
Payment Device
| Enter the code from the Payment Device register (by default: 1 for transactions, credit notes
checks).
|
Closed
| Check it after having received the information from the bank about the payment
order ID and the value date of outflow.
|
Box 3
| Enter any information regarding the transaction in
Box 3
(e.g. reference
to foreign currency inflow, from which the cover is drawn). By
default the internal ID of the foreign currency transaction is displayed
here. IDs and dates of the first linked document,
settled with the transaction, are displayed in the second line. Enter the ID and date of the supplier's invoice
in the first linked document.

Transaction No.
|
Displays the foreign transfer ID (TNR). Because you will receive the
information after the payment has been made, you can enter it
subsequently. It is not displayed in the form 1450 report.

of the form 1450 (e.g. check, transaction...)

Credit
| Information
about the payee including its
FCY account and recepient's country code.
Select the recipient from the
Subjects register. Before actually trying to
print you can change or modify
the information at will.
After having selected the recipient, the default foreign bank is displayed.
Of course, if ou have
entered data in the FCY Accounts
panel for this recipient.

| Line number of the FCY account that is used in
the form 1450. By default the foreign currency account
with the lowest consecutive number is offered. By clicking the arrow you can
open a lookup table with all the entered foreign currency accounts for
this subject upfating the information from the At bank
field,
as well as the ID of the payment recepient (in the Credit
field).

At bank
| Select a foreign
bank
directly from the Subjects register. It automatically
displays the
country code where the foreign bank is located as well as its SWIFT code.
Before actually trying to print, you can change and modify data.
By default the information for this item is filled-in indirectly when
selecting the subject's (recipient) foreign currency account.

Currency
| Enter the currency code of
the payment (from the
Currencies register).
|
Total Amount
| Displays the total
amount of foreign transfer.
|
Value Date
| This information is sent to you by the home
commercial bank together with
the foreign transfer ID (TNR). Enter it subsequently. It does not appear in the form 1450
report.

Commission
| Select the payer of the commission to a local
bank from lookup table. Select from: - D - Depositor

Transaction
Descr.
| The program automatically offers the
description of the transaction from the Inflows/Outflows register that can be
modified before you print it.

Amount
| Displays the amount of outflow for individual base . The amount offered is always the difference between the total value of the
transaction and the sum of all the entered lines up to this point.
The remaining amount of the outflow is calculated promptly in order to
enable you to enter a greater outflow base if necessary. |

| Here you can enter the text that should appear in the item 9 of the form
1450. |
Place and date
| The default value for item 9
of the form 1450 (company's address and date of creation).
