Additional journal entry functions can be accessed via the Wizards menu:
Account balance
| shows the balance of the selected account:
Information shown:
- account balance before the post in questions
- amount of the post
- current total account balance
(See also Account balance XXX Before

Find Document
| Opens the document specified in the Document
field of the selected post.

Find Document - Automatic
Posting
| Opens the document which the selected post
pertains to if it was created with automatic posting. If the post was
created manually, an error message is returned (see
Incorrect document type!).

Find Linked Document
| Opens the document specified in the Link
field of the selected post. |
Split by Distribution Key
|
It enables the journal entry item to be distributed among individual
departments according to the predefined
distribution key.

Split Line
| It enables the distribution of the local currency value of the
journal entry. Foreign currency posts cannot be distributed in this way
because of rounding differences in currency recalculation!

| Copy Cost Centers |
Cost centers can be subsequently entered in the
journal entry item using this function (see
Copy Cost Centers). |

(Procedures) | Section for custom SQL procedures (instructions
for SQL procedures can be found on the DEV site). One procedure has
already been predefined (see
Change Posting Dates). |
