Animal record - Sheep and Goat
Animal record for sheep and goat contains information about individual tagged animals.
| Status |
Status enables user to trace individual animal through production stages. Some statuses are already preset:
- In Lactation
- Active
- Dry-Off
- Sick
- In quarantine
- Eliminated
You can also update calculation by clicking on button  You can recalculate status for one animal or for all animals.

| Animal ID |
Unique animal ID. User enter information at record creation and it shouldn't be changed. |
| Type |
Type of animal: Sheep or Goat. |
| Sex |
Sex of animal. |
| Breed |
Breed of animal. Breeds are predefined in Items. They can be added additionally in items. |
| Purpose |
Purpose of animal breeding is set from predefined codebook. Based on that, tabs are hidden.User can choose from:

| FADN |
FADN Type is automatically calculated from purpose, sex and age of animal. Based on this calculation FADN Type is set and FADN reports are prepared. FADN type is recalculated at the beginning of a month, which prevents double entries. FADN types are calculated from FADN codebook. |
| Location |
Farm ID of animals location. User enters location at record creation. Whe user moves animal, data is changed automatically. |
| Flock |
Animals can be grouped in flocks. This enables easy entry of reproduction data. Floxks can be definded by user in Settings|Agricultural holding|Holding for each holding individually. |
| Int. Mark |
If animal has any internal marks, dedicated by farm, it can be recorded here. |
| Marking Date |
Date when animal was uniquelly marked (got animal ID). |
| Color |
Color of individual animal. |
| Genotype |
Genotype of animal. Data can be set from predefined codebook. |
| Date of birth |
Date of animals birth. If animal is born on our farm, it is calculated automatically. If animals is bought, field has to be entered manually (DD:MM:LLLL form). |
| Birth no. |
Number, that animal got at birth. |
| Age |
Field is calculated automatically based on date of birth and today's date. |
| Date Disposed |
Date when animal was disposed. Date is calculated automatically based on date of elimination of animal. |
