Workers

 

This window is a list of all workers. You can enter data directly to this window or through Employee Files. No matter where you insert them, they will be visible on both places.

With double click on specific member, you can access his Employee File and add or edit additional information.

 

Working team

Last name Last name of household member.
Name First name of household member.
Number Code of household member. It is generated automatically from last name and name, but it is editable.
Address Address of household member
Postal Code From drop-down menu you can choose postal number.
Postal Area This field is updated automatically according to chosen postal code.
Status From list of statuses you choose correct status. These are made according to FADN requirements and are important for automatic FADN reports creation.

 

Position

Working (position) is determined by agriculture holding; A position is entered for worker selected within Workers grid.

 

Position From drop-down menu you select positions already entered within Position of Employment. Double click on Position opens menu Settings/ Personal/ Employment/Position of Employment (within SE/ME/MF license). After entering a new position, which has not been created yet, you will be asked If you want to create a new job? Double click on Position 
Date from Starting date of working position, mandatory entry
Date to Finished date of working position, optional entry
Assigned head Name of person who controls this position
Department You can enter the department (if agriculture holding operates by departments)

Assigned assets

An assigned assets is assigned to selected worker within workers grid.

Assigned Assets you select a fixes assets from drop-down menu; double click on Assigned assets opens a Fixed assets code list within Financials/Fixed assets.
Type of responsibility you manually enter one or more obligations due to selected fixed assets
Date from Date of starting the responsibility due to each fixed assets
Date to Date when responsibility expires

 

Secondary activities

In Secondary activities you have activities, that specific member is doing. You can also mar if this person is a holder of this activity or just an assistant or worker. You can add new activity to household members, but just the ones, that have been added in General farm information.

Activity Code Activity that member is doing. YOu can choose just those, that have been entered into Secondary activities of agricultural household.
Name of Activity Field is updated automatically according to chosen activity code.
Holder In this field you mark if person is a holder of activity or just an assistant.
