Analysis
The Analysis panel is intended for comparing the plan with the corresponding results.

It contains three subpanels: Comparison, Filter and Multi-Analysis.
Printing is enabled by using the MS Excel. By clicking the
button you can export the table to Excel. The MS Excel opens (if installed on the computer). The current scope of the table will also be loaded to Excel worksheet where you can work with data and print it.
Comparison
By selecting from the Plan dropdown you can choose which part of the plan you want to compare (Sales, Purchase, Finance, Payroll).
By selecting from the Compare dropdown you can decide in case of sales or purchase whether you want to compare quantities or values.
By selecting from the By dropdown you can choose according to which parameter you want to perform comparison (e.g. by lines, subjects, departments or cost centers in case of finance or corresponding parameters with the sales or purchase).

By checking the Planned, Achieved, Last Year, Index P/LY, Index R/LY, Difference P-R, Difference P-LY, and Difference R-LY checkboxes you decide which columns are displayed in the table:

- Difference P-LY (planned - last year)
and/or
- Difference R-LY (results - last year)
By checking Freeze Columns checkbox you freeze (lock) header columns (e.g. columns with line numbers and line names) at scrolling results left/right.
By checking the Cumulative checkbox you set the cumulative period totals being made. The data will not hold good for the period but for the cumulative period.
Example: cumulative data for March are the totals of general data of January, February and March.
Click the Recalculate button to perofrm the comparison.
Filter
By checking the Filter checkbox the Filter panel opens, where you can restrict by 3 parameters. By this you achieve that values which fall under the unselected will not be displayed.

First you select in the upper part of the box which parameter you want to restrict. Check the desired dimension members (parameters) in the bottom window.
You can make use of the righ-click menu and the Select All and Deselect All options that can be found there.

To perform comparison you need to click the Compare button in the Comparison panel.
