Master Data Settings
To use the Pantheon mobile POS correctly, simply, quickly and effectively it is IMPERATIVE to set up Master data correctly. We've predefined and added some of the most important Master data to simplify the process for you. You can change the predefined Master data to meet your business's needs and your company's structure.

Master data is divided into the following categories:

You can enter and set the following information into Master data:
Subjects
|
In the menu Master data → Subjects, you can manage and enter information about your business partners. Business partners can be suppliers and customers.

Items
|
The item master data can be used to manage items for sale or for warehouse management.
|
Item Categories
|
Items can be managed by their category.
|
Units of Measurement
|
Units of measurement are preset. You can update them by pressing the Download button in the main menu of the application.
|
Payment Methods
|
In the menu Payment methods you can manage and add desired payment methods.
|
Tax Groups
|
This is where you can manage tax rates bound to a specific tax. When you purchase the application, some of tax groups are already preset. You can update them by pressing the Data synchronizing (download) button.

Taxes
|
Pantheon RA comes with some preset tax rates:
- VAT 22 %
- VAT 9.5 %
- VAT 0 %
- VAT 4 %

Users
|
Pantheon RA can be used by several users, for whom you can set individual user accounts and passwords.

Master Data Management through RC Back Office

By renting the Pantheon RC license, you can manage and add registers, manage several business units and share data among devices over the Pantheon RC Back office.

Pantheon RC Back office enables managing registers, adding items for sale and payment methods. You can manage your business units, your key accounts and cash registers. The RC Back office also includes a sales overview.
You can access the Pantheon RC Back office through www.mobilnipos.eu.
The RC Back office main menu is located on top of the screen under the Datalab Pantheon Retail logo in the Overview tab.

The Pantheon RC Back office main menu consists of:

- Overview – the main menu
- Items – manage item groups, items and units of measurement
- Financials – manage tax classes, tax rates and payment methods
- Company – points of sale, warehouses, customers, cash registers
- Sales overview – by group, item, user, and cash register
You can enter and edit the following data in Registers:
Subjects

Subject register (or Partner register) enables you to add, edit and manage your customers (taxable or natural persons) .

Items
|
You can manage items for sale in the item register, add new items, set their activity and control whether the items show up in the cash register for sale or not for sale.
|
Item Categories
|
In the Item category register (item groups) you can create a group where you can merge related items. This enables you to search for items more easily at the cash register.
|
Units of Measurement
|
Units of measurement are preset. You can update them by pressing the Download button in the main menu of the application.

Payment Methods
|
In the menu Payment methods you can manage and add desired payment methods.
