Contract rearing

If user is breeding animals under contract, he first needs to insert details about contract. He can add this information on individual holding, where he can add more tha one contract for each holding.

Each contract also creates periodical invoicing document in the background. This enables preparation of periodical invoices with cost of rearing and other additional costs on this document.

 

Subject User selects a subject that contract was made with and has to be inserted in subjects.
Contract ID Contract ID. This ID is also inserted in cost centers and has to be unique.
Contract description Detailed description of contract.
Date start Start date of contract.
Date end End date of contract. Added automatically, when last animal under contract is disposed.
Current No. of animals Current number of animals on holding under this contract.
Origin Origin country of animals. Could be different than arrival document.
Periodic Invoicing Document Document of periodical invoicing that is created in Periodical invoicing functionality.
Document Type Type of document that will be created in periodical invoicing. Document needs to be inserted in Document Types.
Currency Currency that will be added to invoices.
