Plačilne metode

In the "Settings"  menu under "Payment types" it is possible to choose , wheather a  payment type will be displayed in the Pantheon RA/RC cash register or not. Payment types can be created and edited in the "Master data" menu under "Payment methods" , while their activity is defined in  the "Settings " menu under "Payment Types" .

In the "Settings" menu we can also define if a payment type will be set as default or not .

Example:

A company uses cash, Visa and Mastercard payment cards as payment methods. In the "Master data" menu under "Payment methods " we have several different payment types that we don't want to see in the cash register.  We can do this in the "Settings" menu under "Payment Types" by enabling or disabling payment types that we are not going to use as payment methods.

1. We can turn on (enable) a payment type by pressing the switch button displayed left of the payment method title   
2. We can turn off (disable) a payment type by pressing the switch button displayed left of the payment method title     

V našem primeru smo izbrali plačilne metode: Gotovina, Visa, MasterCard in Transakcijski račun in samo izbrani (omogočene) načini plačila bodo na blagajni aktivni. Prikaz omogočenih načinov plačila si lahko ogledamo v naslednji sliki:

V meniju »Nastavitve – plačilne metode« lahko nastavimo tudi privzeti način plačila. To naredimo tako, da izberemo način plačila, ki bo privzeto izbran pri zaključku računa. Na blagajni lahko izberemo samo en privzeti način plačila. V primeru da ni potrebe za privzeto izbiro načina plačila, polje za izbiro privzetega načina plačila pustimo prazno.

V našem primeru smo izbrali privzet način plačila »Gotovina«. Ob zaključku računa blagajna samodejno doda privzeti način plačila.

Način plačila lahko tudi spremenimo na blagajni in izberemo drug način plačila s pritiskom na gumb  na blagajni
