Create daily worker plan


 

 

(mask in progress)

Within mask Planned daily work a worker timeline as a estimated plan for each worker per specific day can be determined. This mask will be upgraded due to further production planning development. The mask is divided in four parts: 1) selecting a worker, 2) selecting a day, 3) determination of task, 4) determination of resources ( material, tractors, attachment). At final also a report for daily plan is printed.

1 SELECTING A WORKER

Select Worker in navigator with a left- right arrows.

Select worker within search filter. Within Search filter there are listed all workers which are monitored as a workers within Agriculture holding/Workers.

2 SELECTING A DATE

For each worker you can select the day in order to create daily plan for selected worker.

 

Date Selecting the date from calendar.  
Start Time Automatically displayed a start Time 8:00; you can change it manually with up-down arrows a) With further development an automated connection with settings within Agriculture holding/Worker/Main Resource will be applied. If worker is allowed to work 4 hours in daily plan start and end time will be adjusted to previous settings.
Finish Time Automatically displayed Finish Time; you can change it manually with up - down arrows b) Within further development an automated connection with setting within Agriculture holding/ Worker/Main resource will be applied.
Sum hours Automatically a sum hours according to start and finish time is calculated, it appears after saving the record.  
ID Automatically a ID of Daily worker plan is created. ID is sequenced according to sequenced entering of ID. Every new entry posses new ID, irrespective of the worker selection.  

 

Duplicate Daily worker plan

By clicking on clone record bottom  a mask for copy daily plan FROM selected Date for selected worker TO wanted date for selected/another worker.

3 DETERMINATION OF TASK

For each day you enter the task within grid Task.

Task From drop-down menu select task which is previously predefined within Items with specific settings. c) Item settings 
WO From drop-down select working order; WO is connected to task within Production cycles (left-down grid)  
No.  From drop-down select the task position within previously selected  WO d) optional data entry
Field Select the Cultivation area with a checkmark; within selecting also the percentage of each CA could be determined; in case you change WO within CA lookup selecting with checkmark must be done again, in case you change task or NO CA are already checkmarked. e) Selecting of Cultivation area
Area A sum surface of selected cultivation area within previous selection is entered automatically.  
Start Start time for task; for the first task the Start Time is taken from  Worker timeline  above. f) End time of previous task is equals to Start time od next task entered.
End End time for task; for the first task the End time is taken from Worker timeline above  
Cycle Name Cycle name for Working orders as it is set it in Crop/Production cycle  

c) Item settings:

For entering task settings for each task within Items must be defined ( ID; Description, Primary category, Item type, VAT, Base for Salary Calculation, U/M):

d) Optional data entry

Entering data sequence could be also in following sequence:

- select column WO,

- select task within selected WO,

- No data enter automatically, while it is determined with a task selection. 

- entries within column Field / area/ Start/ End/ Cycle name.

e) Selecting of Cultivation area

 

Select Select Cultivation area with a checkmark
Percent A possibility to enter the percentage for each cultivation area
Parcel/Field ID Parcel/Field ID is automatically entered; here all parcel/fields in a way how they are recorded within Crop/Production cycle. ( further changes in progress)
Subdivision ID/ CA ID Subdivision/ Cultivation area ID is entered automatically as it is preset within Crop/Production cycle.
Common Name/ CA Name Automatically a name of Cultivation area is entered as it is preset within Crop/Production cycle.
Area (ha) Automatically entered surface of Cultivation area as it is monitored within Crop/Production cycle.
Active area (ha) Is a calculation of percentage ( if it is entered) and area of cultivation area; it is automatically entered when saving the record.

4 DETERMINATION OF RESOURCES

Within resources determination of material used for production planning with related machinery (self-propelled and attachments) are defined.

Material

Material From drop-down menu select material which is previously predefined within Items. f) Drop-down
Common name Common name od material is entered automatically  
Warehouse Warehouse where material is taken from is entered automatically  
Qty Quantity of  material  
UM Material unit, it is set automatically.

Self-propelled/main resource

 

Resource type Resources type is select by drop-down; Resource type includes only groups for self- propelled (vehicles with own power).  g) Definition of Resource type settings.
Resources From drop-down select individual self-propelled; individual Self-propelled is monitored within Agriculture Holding/Agriculture machinery and equipment/tab Self-propelled. h) Resources drop-down
Common name Common name of self-propelled is entered automatically  
QTY Time (hrs) Hours which are determined within selected task (above) are automatically entered; changes could be entered manually

g) Definition of Resource type settings

Groups of self-propelled resource are displayed according to settings within Agriculture holding/Machinery and  Financials/Fixed assets. With double click on Resource type a Resource type code book displays.

In order to see individual self-propelled machine within selected resource type,(e.c. tractors), within  Financials/ Fixed assets a group tractor and a subtype Equipment must be selected.

h) Individual Self-propelled resource

In order to select the individual self-propelled from resource drop-down a resource group type ( e.c. TRC- tractors, XCV - Excavators, ..), as an ID must be define within AH/ Agriculture machinery and equipment/ tab Main resource.

Secondary Resources/Attachments

 

Resource type From drop-down of Resources type select the resource group type for attachments (vehicles which are pulled or carried by self-propelled).  i) Definition of Resource type settings.
Resources From drop-down select individual self-propelled;  j)  Individual attachments resource settings
Common name Common name of self-propelled is entered automatically  
Qty time (hrs)

Groups of attachments resource are displayed according to settings within Financials/Fixed assets. With double click on Resource type a Resource type code book displays.

In order to see individual attachments within selected resource type, (e.c. ploughs), within Financials/ Fixed assets a group tractor and a subtype Equipment must be selected.

j) Individual Attachments resource settings

In order to select the individual self-propelled from resource drop-down a resource group type ( e.c. TRC- tractors, XCV - Excavators, ..), as an ID must be define within AH/ Agriculture machinery and equipment/ tab Main resource.

 

REPORT WORKING SLIP

Report represents plan as a ToDo list for individual worker for each day in advance. It contains data about WHO/WHEN/WHERE/WITH WHICH RESOURCES and HOW MANY MATERIAL is planned for this day. Later worker gives back information about realization by writing data onto grey boxes on the report. 

By clicking on Report icon a Daily plan for selected worker display. Using filters enable to find specific data (date, task, locations, work order/ production cycle, self-propelled, attachment, material).

Report consist of: a) head,  b) task, c) task specifications, d) sum, e) Notes, f) signatures.

 

a) Head: data about worker and working slip

Working plan Working plan ID  
Print Date Report date and time  
Daily plan date Date of Daily plan for which a report is printed  
Worker Worker for who the report is created  

 

b) task: data about operation/task regards time

Task Name of task as it is recorder on Daily plan  
Start time Planned start time for task

Actual end time Space to enter actual end time  

c) task specifications: additional data about locations (fields/cultivation areas=subdivisions), resources (self-propelled, attachment) and materials
