For the Resources register you can determine following
parameters:
Show Data
Number of Empl.
|
If you select
this option, the program will display and activate the Employees field
in the Resources register. |
Work Calendars
|
If you select
this option, the program will display and activate the Calendar field in the
Resources register. |
Regulations
|
If you select
this option, the program will display and activate the Regulation field of
the Resources register. |
Salary Grades
|
If you select
this option, the program will display and activate the Salary Grade in the
Resources register. |
Default Values
Calendar
|
In this field you can determine default value
for the calendar that the program will transfer to the
Calendar field in the
Resources register. The here
entered calendar will be used for scheduling in technological procedures and
formulas of technological procedures which resources have no defined
calendar. The calendar can also be used for the scheduling by the lead time
and daily quantities. |
Work From |
In this field you can determine default value as the start of
working hours that the program will transfer to the Work From field in the
Resources register. |
Work To
|
In this field you can determine default value as the
end of
working hours that the program will transfer to the (Work)
To field in the
Resources register.

Costs
In this section of the panel you can define if and how will display additional
fields in the Resources register. In
the left field is the field's name, in the smaller right field is the sequential
number that determines the order in which the program will display fields in the
costs section of the Resource register.
Set-Up Costs

You can set up
to 5 names for set-up costs, you will track for this resource.
Set-up costs are costs that are required for the preparation of a resource
to a new operation and do not depend on the produced quantity and processing
time.
Typical set-up costs are cleaning the resource, change of tools,
calibration, ... Meaning, cost that emerge before the resource starts with
production processing. |
Production Costs
|
You can set up to 5 names for
production costs, you will track for this resource.
Production costs depend on the produced quantity or processing time.
Typical production costs are power supply, consumables, depreciation of
machinery, etc. Meaning, costs which determine the processing time cost for
the production of one product. |
(sequence) |
The sequential
number that will determine the order in which the program will display fields of the
resource costs tab. |
Additional Fields
In this section of the panel you can define if and how will display additional
fields in the resources register. In the left field
is the field's name, in the smaller field or box (Sequence field) is the
sequential number that determines the order in which the program will display
fields.
If you create an appropriate SQL
statement in the right field, you can generate a search table of data that
you would like to enter in additional fields when updating resources.
Alphanumeric Fields |
You can defined up to
4 alphanumeric fields with up to 30 characters. You can use fields to
additionally define a resource. In the field you can enter the
desired name of the additional field. |
Numerical Fields
|
You can define up to 3 numerical fields.
You can use fields to enter additional numerical data of the resource. In the field you can enter the desired name of the
additional field. |
Text Fields
|
You can define for
the resource special additional text fields (i.e. for the description of the
note for a resource). In
the field you can enter the desired name of the text field. |
Sequence
|
You can to alphanumeric and numerical fields define the sequence. this
will be the order in which fields will display on the form. |
SQL
|
In the right field you can
enter the
SQL statement to generate a search table of data that you would like to
enter in additional fields of the Resources register. |
