Uporaba Usage of Consolidation Report for Reporting in External Chart of Accounts

V Pantheonu lahko kreirate in uporabljate več kontnih planov. Različni kontni plani se uporabljajo za različna časovna obdobja. Posamezen kontni plan se ne more izbirati za različna poročila. 

Če morate pripraviti kontni plan za zunanje poročanje, lahko uporabite možnost preslikave kontov iz lokalnega kontnega plana na konte v kontnem planu za zunanje poročanje.

Preparation of System environment

Certain steps must be implemented (only once) before first usage. These steps are:

• Installation of new (could be empty) database on the same server
• Preparation of the chart of accounts in the new database
• Linking of the working and new database for data collection
• Mapping both chart of accounts
• Data retreival from working to new database and report printing

You can use consolidation report for only one company. In newer versions the limit is not set to 2 companies.

Data from one database is transfered to another database. If changes in the source database are made, they are not automatically reflected in the consolidated data. Tranfer of data from source to target database must be executed again manually.
