Example: Worker
In Agricultural Holding we have also option to set up the workers.
a) Enter new Worker
If we want to add new worker we have to click on button 
.
Than we enter data about worker:
- Worker: The program automatically generate key LBR00000XY and we need to add only Name and Surname of worker
- Status: Active or Not active
-Parent: we determine a worker who is superior to this worker
Resource Type:
By default is LBR- Labor
Than we have also option to determinate Worker, Cumulative and external. The most often option by worker are Worker and External.
Personnel: if we use also Employee files we can connect this person with employee files. Ih this case the Worker has to be addet also in Employee file.
To access to Employee file we can do in field Personnel double click and program will open menu Employee file.

b) Enter external Worker
In this case the logic is the same . Only here we check External and we add Customer.
If we don't have Customers in the database, we can add them through module Subject.
c) Calendar|Exceptions
In tab Calendar the program automaticity enter period from to from Administration Panel|Settings|Farming|Agronomy|Planning tab Worker-general Resource Settings ( še ni linka)
Calendar data is not linked anywhere, for now it's just information.
and the same data are by Worker
in tab Exceptions we can add data , when the worker have sickness, vacation, .... in this case the program will be taken into account when planning work.
Than we have also one Information. If we try to add the same worker from Personnel to another worker. In this case the program return us an Information:
