Agriculture machinery and equipment
User interface ( UI) for Agriculture machinery and equipment is divided into 3 parts
1. Navigator (import process)
2. Self-propelled tab ( recorded agriculture machines with own power)
3. Implements tab ( all kinds of attachments which need additional power to operate (types: pulled attachments, carried attachment).

1 SELF-PROPELLED/ACTIVE
Within self-propelled entering of agriculture machines with own power (which do no need to be pulled or carried) is enabled. For individual self-propelled some additional setting and information can be monitored.

Resource
Every individual resource can be assigned into different groups resources. To monitor all kind of group combination of individual resource this tab is going to be develop (in progress)
Main resource
For every resource ( self-propelled, attachment) additional settings could be determined. To monitor each resource in planning it is important to select ID (resource group); e. c. to monitor individual tractor Fendt 600 within create Daily plan for this tractor id TRC (=Tractor) must be selected.
Entering data within Capacity and Additional capacity information in going to be connected to planning process in order to optimize working process; currently no connection is created (in progress)

With double click on ID a code list for Agriculture machinery appears with 64 Resource type within 4 Resource Main groups:
1. SELF-PROPELLED (vehicles with own motor),
2. ATTACHMENT (tools which must be pulled or carried)
3. FARMYARD EQUIPMENT (equipment and tool, usually standing on a yard) ( in progress, will be added later next to tab Attachment)
4. SPECIALIZED WOOD MACHINERY (equipment and machinery for wood production) ( in progress, will be added later next to tab Farmayard Equipment)

Among self-propelled there are 5 main resource groups to select. For vehicles not assigned to any of previous groups a group self-propelled others is created.

Among attachment there are 37 main resource groups to select. For attachment not assigned and recogisable to any of previous main resource group a group attachment others is created.

2 ATTACHMENTS
Within Attachments all kinds of attachments which need additional power to operate (types: pulled attachments, carried attachment).

General
Required power |
manual entering of required power ( in kW) which is needed for appropriate operating of selected attachment |
|
Main process |
drop-down for most usual task for selected attachment |
a) data is going to be connected to planning process (in process) |
Assets data - width (m) |
manual entered data about attachment working width based on attachment characteristics: working width or multiplication of working units with each working width |
b) data is going to be connected to planning process with mask work order to calculate estimation time per ha; exp. if plough has 4 plough units with width 100 cm the working width of plough is 4 x 100 cm = 4 m. |
Assets data - capacity ( h/ha) |
manual entered data about approximal capacity per ha; in how many hours selected attachment needs to operate 1 ha; (catalog information) |
c) data is going to be connected with planning process (edit WO mask) in order to predict estimated time. |
Main resource
Within main resource a resource type of attachment is selected in order to display resource group, together with individual attachment within planning process ( mask Crop Expert model, Edit Work order, Plan, Crop task - new). After selecting Resource ID click button Save.
Entering data within Capacity and Additional capacity information in going to be connected to planning process in order to optimize working process; currently no connection is created (in progress)

3 CISTERNS ( FUEL TANKS)
Within tab Cisterns/ Fuel tanks only those cisterns which are not recorded as a warehouse within Subject are entered (no settings of warehouse checkmark within).

General
Cistern volume |
manual entering of tank capacity |
a) data is going to be connected for control fuel consumption |
U/M |
selecting unit as liters |
|
Main process |
drop-down for selecting main process fueling due to monitor fueling processes |

Main Resource
For each Cistern a Resource type of Fuel tanks must be selected in order this resource to be display within planning mask ( Crop Expert model, Edit Work order, Plan, Crop task -new. After selecting click on save button.
Entering data within Capacity and Additional capacity information in going to be connected to planning process in order to optimize working process; currently no connection is created (in progress)

For Farmyard equipment and Wood specialized processing machines a resources group classification is going to be determined in further mask development ( in progress).
