
Import order from Excel file
On customer orders tool bar, there is a an icon with two arrows
, which gives us an option to choose "Import order from Excel file": .
Excel file must contain in column A "Item ID", where names of the items must be entered as they are defined in Pantheon (Settings/Items). Column B must contain required "Quantity" of particular item. Column C is used to enter "Price" , columns D, E and F for rebates, column G for Department, column H for Cost Center,, column I for Serial number (if Item has serial number), and column J for Serial Number Due Date.

When selecting the import, a conformation is needed:

Followed by an information of the required excel file structure:

After clicking on "Import", a path to the excel file must be chosen.
After clicking on "Open", the position of the Excel file are shown at preview:

In case at least one of the items either doesn't exist in Pantheon or is not written in excel file correctly, program will inform us of the missing item(s) or other error(s) :

After the click at button
, all the items with the defined quantity, price and rebates are entered on the order:
