Documentation

The Documentation panel in Administration Panel is a set of settings for managing documentation in PANTHEON.
You can access the panel by opening the menu Settings | Program | Administration Panel and clicking Settings | Documentation.

The left side of the window (under number 1) shows the subpanels for setting up classifications, storages and mailboxes. For more technical details on the panels, see the chapters below:
Classification Scheme |
In the Classification Scheme panel, you can edit the classification scheme or classifications are used to classify documents in a meaningful way. By assigning corresponding classifications, you can define the type of storage, related e-workflows, persons responsible and other settings for documents. |
Storage |
In the Storage panel, you can specify the settings for the different types of document storage. By assigning the corresponding storage for documents, you can specify where and how documents are stored. |
Mailboxes |
In the Mailboxes panel, you can define the settings for sending and receiving data or documents from external systems. |
The right side of the window (under number 2) shows the Setup Wizard, which is used to define all the necessary settings for the correct functioning of the eBusiness services. For more technical details on the Setup Wizard, see the chapter below.

To start using the eDocumentation services, you need to set up their basic settings. Setup Wizard will guide you through the import of predefined registers and the settings required before you can start using eDocumentation. |
