Weight

Enter cat's weight.

Passport No.

Enter Passport number.

Issue  date (o)

Date when we issued the passport.

Source(o)

You can choose between next options:>

  • No data

  • Domestic 

  • Foreign country

  • Shelter ( animals that they have Source- Shelter are colored red. In this case veterinarian know, that this animal need special treatment)

  

Color(o)

Enter cat's color. Double click on the field opens codebooks for colors where we can enter our colors.
Hair length (o) From the dropdown, we choose hair length.
Chip No. Enter the chip number.
Date of chipping Enter the date when the cat was chipped.
