User editing – enabling and removing access to databases

1. User editing
For a selected database, the person responsible clicks Edit Users, and then existing and new users' access to a database can be edited on the new site.
The first table contains active users of a selected database. By clicking the Edit/Delete button, existing users can be edited. The person responsible can edit the username, password, user activity, and they can also set a database for license usage.

A new or existing user is created in the New user section. The person responsible selects the desired company and then selects the user from the selection field. If a user is already created, their username is displayed next to them.

If a user is not on the list, they can be added by clicking the Add new contact button. The person responsible enters the name, surname, and e-mail address of the new user into the field.

Adding external users (accounting)
External users from other companies can be added by clicking the Add third person button.
a) The person responsible enters the company tax number and the e-mail address of the user.
b) The person responsible selects the user from the list.
c) The person responsible marks license usage – whether the user should use their license or yours.
d) The person responsible clicks the Add user button.

2. Authorisations
With opening a new database on Hosting, the creator of the database is assigned all rights. Therefore, they have administration rights. The rest of the added users on the database do not have certain authorisation and other rights. Therefore, the database creator takes care of the settings and assigns the proper authorisations to the rest of the newly added users of the program. Authorisations for the rest of the users are assigned through PANTHEON.
