Vaccination Types Register

Vaccination Types Register

  

This window enables you to defined most frequent vaccinations that you perform in your ordination.

Functions:

  • Show only active - Shows just active vaccination types

Positions:​

 

ID Enter ID which can be alphanumeric, with id you can choose which vaccination type will be shown first in Vaccination tab on treatment document.  
Description Description of vaccination type 
Vaccine Item Vaccine Item you can choose all items that meet condition specified in Link Between Items and Veterinarian - specialty Vaccination.
Item Name You can choose Vaccine Item in Item Name field. you can choose all items that meet condition specified in Link Between Items and Veterinarian - specialty Vaccination.
Vaccination Freq. Enter when nex vaccination will occur - in our case it will occur again in 1 Year (Period Type). 
Period Type Choose Period Type (Day, Week, Month, Year) to define when next Vaccination of this type will occur. 
Qty We can enter quantity of vaccination bay default. If we enter dhis data than will be automatically fulfilled on tab vaccination on treatment when we will add  type of vaccination, with this data
Tax Item We can enter tax item. If vaccination type has this data than will be fulfilled automatically, on tab performed service.
Item name

 This column is hidden and if we want to see it on screen we need to click in grid right mouse click and choose
Def. Defines if Vaccination Type is default. Only one Vaccination type can be default.
Nat. ID. No. If checked means that  animal owner have to have defined national ID number in Owners Animals Register, before entering Vaccination type in Treatment document.
Export If checked means that you can export Vaccination type to csv, txt, xml, xls,... 
Send SMS If this option is checked then a message for this vaccination will be sent to the owner.
SMS Template We choose which message will be sent (Template) . If we do not choose any template the program will take this,  who is set on the administration panel.
A It shows if vaccination type is active or not.
