Here you can send mail to all owners that correspond to filter selected in treatment reports and has in Owners and animals register checked mail for sending.

Mail Content

Template
|
Choose from list of active Templates. After selecting Templates all fields from templates are transfer into mail content, which you can edit.

Template Type

Defines from which window did you call Window for sending Mail:

Animal Owner -> From Owner/Animal window (Animal Owner report)

Animal -> From Owner/Animal window (Animal - Basic Data)

Treatment -> From Treatments Report Window
Regardin of Template types you can choose from temlates that have defined the same type.

E-Mail Subject
|
You can enter text which will be shown in the e-mail Subject (title). It is transferred from template if selected.

Header Text
|
Introductory text messages. It is transferred from template if selected.
|

Specification text
|
Text messaging specifications. Sending is carried out according to Animals, so this record is repeated according to the number of animals. It is transferred from template if selected.

|
Final text of the e-mail. It is transferred from template if selected.

Carbon Copy
|
Enter email address of one or more recipients of copies, separated by a semicolon. It is transferred from template if selected.

BCC
|
Enter email address of one or more recipients of hidden copies, separated by a semicolon. It is transferred from template if selected.

Attach Report t Email
|
When the box is checked, the e-mail has attached pdf document from selected report from treatment reports.

Variables
|
Shows list or variables that user can choose from. User can with double click enters variable where his cursor is active. List of variables is changing regarding in which field are you entering text. Xou can choose between following Variables:

Animal Breed - enter breed of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification

Animal Category - enter category of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification

Animal Date of Birth -- enter date of birth of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification

Animal ID - enter ID of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification

Animal Name - enter name of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification

Animal Owner - enter Owner ID into text

Animal Sex - enter sex of animal into text -> visible only for entering text into Specification

Current date - Enter current date into text
