Create Expert model
|
1. Before we start creating Expert models, we have to enter the product in Items code book. The instruction we can see here.
2. Than we can go to Administration panel - Settings - Farming - Agronomy - Expert models and import Expert models into data base. The correct
import process can be found here.
3. After we do first two steps, we go in module Crop&Vegs and we open menu item Expert models.
In this module we can see all imported expert models. Expert models we imported are colored in red and their version is null.

4. Now, our job is to create new version of expert models based on this null version. Null version are not for use. They are only template for creating new, production versions.
5. If Expert models is not available on web service or we have a new product in our farm, we can also create new expert model for this new produkt.
The procedure is as follows
a) add produkt in Item coodebook
b) go in expert model and click on button
c) the program opens pop-up windows with items that have primary classification CROP. Her we see items ( products) that already have expert
models and product that they do not have expert models. If we click on product with existing expert model than program opens related expert
model. If we click on a product whose expert model does not exist it creates it.

We choose the product and click button
and program create new expert model. Than we can add data.

6. When we create new version, there are three possible options:
5.1 Duplicate null or other created version (only for expert model that are imported from web service or that they have already existed
versions)
5.2 Entering new version manually
5.3 Copy version from other expert model
Add 5.1: Duplicate null or other created version
In this case we click on button
. Accordingly, new version with the same data is created under copied version.
Add 5.2: Entering new version manually
We go to the last version of expert model and click on button down on keyboard (entering in new record) or we clik on button

If we create version manually we have to add all data:
- Beginning from/to,
- Harvesting from/to,
- Expected min/max yield and
- Expected middle value
- Catch crop: this checkbox is if expert model is for catch crop
In case of entering Expected middle value bigger than "Yield From" and "Yield To" value we get following message:

Expected middle value obviously have to be between minimum and maximum value for expected yield.
And we have to add tasks also manually.
Add 5.3: Copy version from other expert model
We can also create new Expert model by copying expert models of different products. After clicking the button
, we choose an option:
We shall see following pop-up window:

After selecting the product, for selected product we can choose the version of Expert model. After clicking the button "Copy", all data from chosen version will be copied on selected expert model.

6. After we created versions of expert model we can start adding or editing tasks. If Expert model is created by duplicating or copying tasks, we have to edit them or add new ones.
If Expert model is created from the scratch we have to add tasks manually.
For every task following fields must be set::
- task day
- needed time (in expert model all values are defined as for one hectare)
- Fuel (fuel need for one hectare for the task)
- other columns are not obligated

INSERTING THE TASKS
If we imported an Expert model which does not have proper tasks or we want to add the task which was not in default Expert model, we can press "Insert" key on keyboard. When inserting new task we have to options:
1. After clicking Insert we can enter ordinal number as we wish. After entering all necessary fields for new created task and after we confirm new task, all ordinal numbers for tasks are renumbered as we can see on following two screenshots.

2. Second option is after Insert click, ordinal numbers are not renumbered. In that case inserted task is set on the last position.

After task is confirmed Farming sets new created task on the last position.

When creating new task we can add following data:
a) Self-Propelled
b) Implements
c) Equipment
d) Workers
e) Material
Tab Resources
All machines are added in Agricultural Holding - Agriculture Machinery and Equipement
On each task we can add individual resources or resource type.

With drag&drop we put individula resurs or resurs type on task. Important is that we need first to drag & drop Self-propelled , then attachments and Worker. We can also drag&drop workers without self-propelled machinery.

 |
By drag & drop is important that if we want to add worker to self-propelled machinery, that we drag & drop on this machinery the same is for attachment. If we want to add more workers or self-propelled machinery than we drag dan drop in emptyspace bwlow on tab resources |
Tab Material
On this tab we have two tabs:
- Group by resources
- Group by materials
Group by resources:
In this table we have all main resources ( self-propelled and /or workers). On this resources we can add material by drag & drop
After material is chosen we add quantity of the material which we are going to use by hectare.

Group of materials:
In this tab we see on which resources are the materials. Here we can not drag & drop the material, but we can change/edit the plan quantity. If we If we change quantity on this tab, we will see the changes also in tab Group by resources.
On tab Material we have also data about Fuel. It is filled automatically with Item for fuel in case that on selected machine within Agricultural Holding - Agriculture Machinery and Equipement in General tab it is set which Item is used as fuel. There can be also set from which warehouse fuel we get for selected machine, what is Doc. Type and what is unit of measure.- Fuel
The fuel name is filled and also data about fuel consumption per hectare from the task record within field Fuel (l).
