Exchange Rate Import Settings

Receivers List of email notifications, separated by semicolon (;).
Message subject Subject in the email message.
Message header First line of the message body (no usage of variables is implemented)
Message line

Message line that repeats for the total number of imported records. Usage of variables is implemented. These variables are:

Variable Usage
#DateOfImport# Time when the acutal import was done.
#FXRateDate# Date of the Exchange Rate.
#Bank# Bank name.
#Currency# Exchange Rate for currency.
#BuyPrice# Buy value of Exchange Rate.
#CentralRate# Central value of Exhange Rate.
#SellPrice# Sell value of Exchange Rate.
#Status# Status of the import (for each position).

Example of usage: Date of import #DateOfImport#, for date #FXRateDate#, bank #Bank#, currency #Currency#, buy price: #BuyPrice#, central rate #CentralRate#, Sell price #SellPrice#. Status of Import #Status#.

Statuses are predetermined and are:

Status Explanation
OK Import was OK.
From Previous Day Inserted Exchange Rate is from previous day.
FX rate for date already entered  Exchange rate is already in database.

 
Message footer Last line in email body message
Transfer data for days Number of days for the transfer of Exchange Rates. Default value is -1. In this case the setting is not used. Valid values are positive integers. For example, value 5 means that date form will be current date minus 5 days.
Open Administration Panel  Opens settings for Exchange Rate Import in Administration panel.
Write to UnDo table This setting enables the UnDo table tHE_SetFXRate_UnDo.
Automatic import from Autodoctoring This setting enables automatic transfer of data from web service, transfer into database and sending of the email with results.
Grid data display Display of log of imported data.
Date of import from If you want to filter data in import log with date from, enter date here.
to If you want to filter data in import log with date to, enter date here.
Filter  Click this button to display filtered data in grid.
