Navigatior ( with import process)

 

Navigator

Within Navigator adding new Resource and importing process of Resources (recorded as fixed assets or not) is realized.

1. IMPORT 

Clicking on Import "Assets from Excel file", opens "Import from Excel File" window. File path from users computer needs to be selected.

After selecting xls file, by clicking on OPEN button data will be read from the file into Farming and all resources from xls file are going to be displayed and selected.

After clicking on TRANSFER button, all resources marked as SELECTED and with FULL information about Resource type in last column are displayed within Agriculture holding / Resources / Agriculture Machinery And Equipment.

If there is missing information for Set of Resource (last column in xls template), no importing process for individual Machine will be done and additional Warning is displayed which directs user to add necessary information for Set of Resource in xls template in order to finish import process successfully.

If Selected Resource within Importing process is already recorded as Fixed asset, an information about Asset register is displayed. Inventory number of selected Fixed asset already exists in Assets register.
