By Machinery we distinguish two types of mechanization situated in tabs:
- Self-propelled
- Attachment
Resources can be added by two options:
- Adding resources - manually
- Importing resources
a) Adding resources manually
To add resources manually we have to click on button
.
The program automatically create next ACT code for Self propelled machines and ATT code for Attachments. Principle is the same by both tabs.

After that the name of Machinery and Resource type should be added.

 |
If we add resource type in tab Self-propelled for example PLG - ploughs. The program will automatically transfer the machine to the tab Attachment and vice versa: if we add for Attachment resource type, for example TRC- Tractor, it will be moved to the tab for tab Self-propelled. |
With Double click on Resource type we can approach to code books for Resource types and manually add new resources. We have to be careful when adding new resources when choosing resource group. The resource group will determine whether the new added machine will be classified as Self-propelled or Attachment and in which tab it will be shown.

When we enter new machinery we can also connect this machinery with Fixed asset. When we save data the program return a message

With clic on YES the module Fixed asset opens and we add data. With click on NO, the fixed asset will be only in Agricultural Holding.
If we try to connect asset that is already connected to another machinery we get following message:

Double click in Field Fixed asset open UI for Fixed Asset.

and UI Fixed Asset opens

b) Importing resources
Following this link you shall find the whole process explained how to import Fixed asset to database.
External resources:
If we have a resource, which is external (if we rent the machinery for example), then we need to mark resource as External and it is needed to add Customer.

Tabs - General, Calendar|Exceptions, Technical Data are for now just informative for a recourse and they are not connected to any other UI or functionality.
