Enter Anniversary Bonus

Enter Anniversary Bonus

Through the Enter Anniversary Bonus function you can track employees who will according to the length of service entered in the employment record (defined as working years for anniversary rewards) receive the anniversary bonus. Criterion for the correct calculation is the right document type. In this particular case, the predefined document type P40 is used.

Anniversary bonus. Select the new period as for the regular payroll and use the function.

If you in the Wizards menu   select the Enter Anniversary Bonus option, the program will open form:

Calculation The calculation to which the anniversary bonuses should transfer.
Calculate Length of Service up to a Date Define the date up to which you would like to calculate the length of service for the anniversary bonus.
Years of Anniversaries The length of service bonus (10, 20, 30, or 40 years) for which you would like to calculate the anniversary bonus.
Earnings Type The earnings type through which you can track anniversary bonuses. If you do not define this field, the program will report an error:

If you select the Active Employees checkbox, the program will add the anniversary bonuses to active employees. I
Employee Status In this field you can select from the lookup list the status of the employee.
Department Select the department to which the position belongs to.
Cost Center Set the cost center.
Sum Enter the amount of the anniversary bonus payout.

The Anniversary Bonus is not included in the tax base if it does not exceed the prescribed amount (Ur.l. RS (Official Gazette of the RS) 140/2006)
– 460 € for 10 years of the length of service bonus,
– 689 € for 20 years of the length of service bonus,
– 919 € for 30 years of the length of service bonus,
– 919 € for the for 40 years of the length of service bonus.

 

Once, you have set the criteria click the Run button of the Overview tab  and the program will open the Edit panel where you are allowed to change all parameters with the exception of the Year and In Month fields.

Save Click the Export button and the program will save data.
Employee The employee who will receive the anniversary bonus.
Calculation The calculation to which the program will transfer the anniversary bonus.
Earnings Type The earnings type through which can you track the the anniversary bonus.
Sum The payout amount of the anniversary bonus payout.
Department Select the department to which the employee's position belongs to.
Cost Center The cost center Cost Center
Year The length of service for the anniversary bonus.
In Month The month in which the employee has fulfilled the criteria for the anniversary bonus.
To complete the procedure, click the Save button. The program will display a confirmation which you can confirm with a click on the OK button.

 

 

The saved information will appear in the:

- Employee files | Position/Salary | Pay Slips panel where the program will display the document and the earnings type of the anniversary bonus;

 

- payroll preparation where the earnings type for the anniversary bonus will display.
