Refunded Difference to Minimum Salary

Difference to minimal salary – payed, calculated and refunded

Employee has for the payroll calculation the following data:

  • Regular work 120 hours (RDC)
  • Care 48 hours (NEG)
  • Sick leave till 30 days 24 hours (BP8)

Amount calculated by formula is 723,79 EUR, the minimum salary for the calculated period is 886,63 EUR.

 

 

First we check if we have everything set for the calculation of minimal salary.

In the payroll preparation we select the earning types for regular work (RDC), care (NEG) and sick leave till 30 days (BP8) and add hours and launch the payroll calculation through the button .

In the payroll calculation are automatically added earning types for difference to minimal salary, that are RDI, RDR, RMO and IRM, if we have confirmed checked Diff. to Min. Salary. On each ET is a proportional part of total difference based on hours of individual earning types.
