Protective Equipment
In this panel you can enter data about protective equipment which will be used by the employee at his or her position of employment. The employee must use the equipment correctly, selecting the right equipment for the job, making sure equipment is safe to use and keeping it safe through regular maintenance, inspection and, if appropriate, thorough examination, training how to use equipment safely and following manufacturers’ or suppliers’ instructions.

Clothing Size |
Enter the clothing size of the employee. This way, you have information of the size for the employee's protective equipment. |
Shoe Size |
Enter the shoe size of the employee. |
Utilization Start |
The date on which the employee received the protective equipment. |
Means of Protection |
Select from the lookup list the protective equipment (data is transferred from the register of protective equipment). |
Name
|
The program will automatically fulfill a name of equipment according to the chosen Means of Protection.

Quantity |
Enter the quantity or number of pieces of the equipment the employee received. |
Interval |
The interval in which the protective equipment has to be replaced or checked. The program will enter this field automatically if the interval has been previously defined in the register of Protective Equipment. You can enter the interval here as well. |
Utilization End |
The date, the employee returned the protective equipment. |
Inspection Date |
The program will enter the date automatically according to the entered interval and the utilization start. |
Note |
Enter notes if necessary. |

Warning
Active equipment is equipment without the utilization end!

WARNING
In the small tools inventory you can track the inventory on the protective equipment. The program will display a warning if you should try to assign the employee equipment not in stock.
