Salary Calculation for One Employee
If you click this button, the program will calculate the salary for the currently selected employee. The procedure is the same as the calculation you can run from the header of the payroll preparation.
You can use this function to refresh data of the currently selected employee.
If you have selected the Diff. to Min. Salary option, the program will, in case of a salary that is less than the minimum salary, automatically add the earnings type with the adequate amount for the difference. If so, the program will in the Errors panel display the following:

The program will add to the employee details a line with the earnings type "Difference to minimum salary".

The program will also display a list with errors if some information in the payroll is absurd. The calculation will be completed, but the program will display a list of errors. If so, remove the error an repeat the salary calculation procedure.
