Copy Pay Slip Types

Copy Pay Slip Types

The Copy Pay Slip Types function is available only in the Position/Salary | Pay Slips panel. 

 

You can use this function to copy data about the document type for the pay slip, the period date and the earnings types, which are calculated in a certain pay slip. With this procedure you can enter new employees in the employee files much easier and quicker. You can also copy new pay slips to all active employees.

 

Select criteria: Report type, Status, Department, Employee, Period from/to, Earnings types:

 We select the criteria:

 

Pay Slip

From the selected table we can select Pay Slip on which we would like to copy Earning types

Status

We select statuses on which we would like to copy.

Department

We select departments on which we would like on copy.

Employee

We select employees on which we would like on copy.

Period From

We select from which period.

Copy Always

We confirm the checker if we would like to copy in any case/always.

Period To

We select to which period.

Update Existing

We confirm the checker if we would like that the program only copies the existing values.

Active employees

We confirm the checker if we would like to copy only to active employees.

Earnings Types

We select earning types for which we would like to execute the copying.

By pressing on the button we execute copying earning types.

Program displays information about copying, which we confirm.
